Helping Hands Pantry is about helping people in need with food and other household items through our food bank. We strive to do this as well as we can. We have partners who are very good at what they do, that we can send our clients to for those other needs. Let’s face it, we could never serve our clients’ medical and dental needs as well as or as efficiently as the SAC clinic or Loma Linda University Health Care.
Many Problems, Many Programs
We have found situations and populations our pantry does not serve as well as we’d like, so we have started other food programs to fill these needs. These include the filling the needs of our neighbors who live on the streets, some students, our four-legged family members through Paws to Feed, and the poor who do not need to come to the pantry, but who still have difficulty getting the type and quality of food they need for their families.
You can get more information on each of these programs by clicking on the program’s name on the drop-down menu for Programs above.
